A team of data architects and engineers needed to communicate a cross-enterprise plan to standardize the accrual, flow, and utilization of data to a board of directors and multiple C-suites almost wholly unfamiliar with the subject matter. Simplifying a complex vision for cross-enterprise data harvesting and utilization allowed a dispersed team to build buy-in from a diverse board of stakeholders and decision-makers.
